I’m Dale — Founder & Builder at Hughes Building
With more than 20 years of experience in residential construction across the Central Coast and Newcastle, I’ve built my reputation on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail.
My career began in carpentry, giving me a strong appreciation for workmanship and the importance of getting things right from the very beginning.
In 2020, I founded Hughes Building to provide homeowners with a more personalised and professional building experience. One built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to quality at every stage.
Today, we specialise in custom homes, renovations, and extensions for clients who value thoughtful design, exceptional workmanship, and homes built for long-term living.
When I'm not on site, you'll find me spending time with family and enjoying the local community I've proudly called home for many years. Reputation matters here, and I believe the best projects are built on trust, strong relationships, and doing what you say you'll do.
