I’m Dale — the builder behind Hughes Building.
I’ve worked in the building industry for more than 20 years, most of that across the Central Coast and Newcastle. Starting out in carpentry gave me a strong understanding of what makes a project run smoothly — and where problems usually begin.
Too often, projects become stressful because of poor planning, unclear communication, and decisions made too late in the process. That’s when budgets blow out and timelines start slipping.
That’s why I started Hughes Building in 2020 — to create a more organised, transparent, and professionally managed building experience.
