I’m Dale — the builder behind Hughes Building.
I’ve worked in the building industry for over 20 years, with much of that time spent across the Central Coast and Newcastle.
I started my career in carpentry, where I learnt how homes really come together and why careful planning matters.
After seeing too many projects affected by poor communication, late decisions, budget blowouts and delays, I started Hughes Building in 2020 to offer clients a better way to build.
Today, I focus on architectural custom homes, renovations and extensions for homeowners who value quality, detail and clear guidance.
I stay involved from the first conversation through to handover, so you know what is happening, what comes next, and where your project is heading.
