Yes. Our goal is to give you clear information before you commit.

We prepare detailed proposals that explain the scope, inclusions, allowances, and key details, so you understand what is included and where costs may change.

Prime Costs and Provisional Sums are allowances used when some items or work details are not fully finalised.

A Prime Cost is usually an allowance for a selected item, such as tiles, tapware, or appliances.

A Provisional Sum is usually an allowance for work where the full cost is not yet known.

We explain these clearly so you understand what is fixed, what is allowed for, and what may change later.

Variations can happen if the scope changes, selections change, or unknown site issues come up.

Our aim is to reduce variations through careful planning before construction begins. If a variation is needed, we explain it clearly before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
