We met Dale during our kitchen upgrade, on the advice of Bryan from Waterfall Kitchens. We had been considering whether to build a new home but didn’t want to give up our neighbourhood. At our first meeting, I decided quite quickly we would go ahead and renovate and I wouldn’t seek out anyone else to quote for the job. Dale was punctual and professional and really listened to me. We increased the scope of the work to include a general renovation of our home, including 2 bathrooms, a bathroom / laundry and a general facelift of the property. We discussed my ideas in detail and he suggested a realistic plan he could deliver within budget to achieve the result I envisioned. I appreciated his honesty and his enthusiasm to achieve what I wanted within the confines of my budget and vision. He was a great problem solver and always solutions focused. Every tradesperson who entered my home was an absolute delight and Dale made sure the worksite was as clean at the end of the day as when they arrived. He closely managed the 3 month project and was in constant contact when he wasn’t here in person. If something was not completed to his high standard he asked for it to be revised. Dale is a highly skilled project manager with a real eye for detail and design; Also an all round nice guy. Very quickly we developed an easy working partnership and a great degree of trust. Dale and his team have created a bespoke home for us that we never could have imagined. We are just thrilled with what he has delivered and we couldn’t be prouder of our ‘new’ home.
