Once the design direction is clear, we prepare a detailed estimate to help you understand expected costs, inclusions, and key allowances.

ON SITE MEETING We will arrange a convenient time to visit your property for an in-depth discussion about your building aspirations & objectives.
CUSTOM DESIGN Engage our comprehensive building design services, collaborating closely with you & our design team to develop detailed plans & finalise all pre-construction documentation.
PROJECT ESTIMATION After shaping a clear vision for your project, we will provide a detailed construction estimate to outline the expected costs.

CONTRACT FINALISATION & DEPOSIT Once contracts are signed and the deposit is received, we will secure a start date for the project.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE Our clients receive a construction schedule, ensuring a smooth building process with well-defined timelines. Regular site meetings are scheduled for clients to witness the project's progress first hand.
UNVEIL YOUR NEW HOME Upon completion of the construction phase, we will guide you through the finished project, ensuring everything is ready for you to enjoy in your new home!
