The Coastal Residence

A substantial two-storey renovation designed to refresh the home inside and out while improving comfort, durability, and everyday function.

The exterior was upgraded with new windows, a Colorbond Ultra re-roof, and rendered brickwork, giving the home a cleaner and more contemporary coastal presence.

Internally, the layout was reworked to improve flow, with the kitchen relocated and selected walls removed to create a generous master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite.

Restored hardwood floors, new flooring, premium bedroom carpet, and updated bathrooms complete a renovation that feels more refined, practical, and suited to coastal family living.
