Welcome to Millfield Rd. This project is a perfect example of how you can respect the past while living comfortably today.

This old cottage kept its original charm and character on the outside. Inside, we completed a full house renovation and completely reworked the internal layout to suit modern family living. By removing and relocating structural walls, we opened up the home and extended the kitchen out the back to create a brighter, more functional space. The renovation included a new kitchen, main bathroom, ensuite, laundry, and reconfigured bedrooms. We sanded and polished the existing hardwood floors to bring the warmth back into the home, added new carpet to the bedrooms for comfort, and completed a full internal and external repaint.

The result is a charming cottage on the outside, with all the modern luxuries you expect on the inside.
