Welcome to Lakeside Pde — a thoughtful renovation that refreshes the home and improves how you live every day.

This project focused on smart, practical upgrades that deliver real value. We completed a full internal repaint to create a clean, modern base. Inside, we built a brand-new kitchen, renovated the main bathroom, and added a private ensuite for extra comfort and convenience. Floating flooring now runs through the living areas, giving the home a seamless flow and a fresh, cohesive feel. Soft new carpet in the bedrooms adds warmth where you unwind most. To finish the transformation, we extended a large deck and added a Versiclad roof off the side of the home. This new alfresco space is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxed entertaining, and spending quality time with family and friends.
